When you visit this site: the site has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. Like every website, the company that hosts it automatically receives basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.
When you email us: we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address and phone number, details about a property, and information about the entity that would borrow.
How we use it
We use what you send us to:
- reply to you and discuss financing for your property
- arrange financing you ask us to pursue
- keep a record of our conversations
- meet our legal obligations
Who we share it with
With your permission, we share information with lenders whose programs may fit your deal, and with others who take part in a loan, such as appraisers, title and closing agents, and attorneys.
We also use service providers, such as our email and website hosts, that handle information on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Please don’t email sensitive information
Email is not a fully secure channel. Please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or copies of identity documents by email unless we have agreed on a secure way to send them.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by writing to info@lrsloans.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records the law requires us to keep.
Do Not Track
Because this site does not track visitors, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off. The site works the same way whether or not your browser sends one.
Children
This site is meant for real estate investors and their businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
